[LP98a]A consummate[3] leader is always at the center of attractions among the crowd because he presides over the decision-making process that could discern between life and death of a project, program or policy or a plan of action. [LP98b]Under such circumstances, the public shall rely on his leadership and direction in order to ensure their coherent survival or enhanced living conditions and hence, they do not reject his leadership. [LP98c]After having succeeded in ensuring the completion of a project or program, he does not even want to take credit or glory. (Remark: This is because he knows he has a duty to foster the freedom and survival of his community.)

[LP99a]Despite having ensured all the inhabitants have warm clothing and are well-fed, he does not dominate over their living. [LP99b]Out of his long accustomed nature of maintaining little or no longing for anything, he puts all kinds of credit as irrelevant and freely lets the others go on to share the credits. [LP99c]Even then, no matter how you put it, in the common people’s heart, they all willingly submit to him as their most revered leader. Even if he refused to believe that he had dominantly led them and subsequently, does not want to accredit any merit to his name, the populaces know that the highest credit goes to him. [LP99d]Although right from the beginning he does not recognize his contributions and any greatness in his deeds, yet, he had become the greatest among them all.

[3] It refers to an accomplished or supremely skilled leader.
