论老子

道,领导也。领导必需要不断呼唤,教导下属以及以身作则。下属的过和错皆因领导懒惰。

God - a new scientific definition

This is Einstein’s special-relativity equation, E = mc2, where m is mass while c is light, which is actually a form energy.

This equation tells us very clearly, mass and energy are interchangeable. We already know, in a nuclear-fission or hydrogen-fusion process, energy is released from mass. Contrary, in photosynthesis, (light) energy is converted into mass (glucose).

Today, all scientists know that they already know how to convert mass through the fission and fusion processes into energy whereby, a tiny amount of mass is lost in the form of useful heat energy that is later converted to electrical energy say, in a nuclear power plant[2]. But they have yet to learn how to do photosynthesis, that is, how to convert energy into mass. Until the day when scientists can do so, they have to work harder, how on earth that Something knows the process of converting energy into mass.

We see leaves everywhere. Therefore, there must be the Something who knows what the photosynthesis process is all about and He went on to create leaves. Otherwise, we do not have trees or grasses and leaves in the first place. Who is that Something who knows how to produce leaves that can convert energy into mass?

I don't know who that Something is, so I just call him, God.

Well, any scientist can go on to play God. But not so, until he had learned how to produce something (that is the equivalent of leaves will be good enough) that can convert energy into mass, period.

With due respect, all our capable scientists still do not know enough, thereby leaving it to us argue until the cows come home, whether there is God or not.

To me, God is very simple in definition. God is that Something who knows how to create leaves that can transform energy into mass.

[1] This definition is effective from May 21, 2017, the date of writing this piece of article.

[2] Let’s cast aside atomic bombs, nuclear bombs or hydrogen bombs where it is used for destructive purposes and not controlled conversion of energy into useful forms.
