A Complete reversal of our gut flora to a harmless state

In humans, the gastrointestinal tract is sterile at birth, but colonization by bacterial typically begins within a few hours of birth, starting in the small intestine and progressing caudally over a period of several days. In most circumstances, a "mature" microbial flora is established by 3 to 4 weeks of age. The gastrointestinal tract contains an immensely complex ecology of micro-organisms known as the gut flora. A typical person harbors more than 500 distinct species of bacteria.

This article speaks clearly that there is a need to flush out all the micro-organisms living in our small intestine and reverts it back to the initial state where we were born, in order to allow a complete new growth of microbial flora in our gut. This is analogous to a card game; let’s reshuffle the cards. Why is this absolutely necessary?

Background:

Human beings selectively eat different kind of food and what they eat is largely dependent on their cooking methods. For example, the staple food could be rice, wheat, barley, maize or cassava. As a child grows up, his gut flora matures fairly quickly and it could have changed umpteen times depending on his change of diet. So far, nobody had ever tried to ask this question: How has one’s gut flora been affecting one’s health?

Assumption:

Our gut flora has been adversely affecting our health by way of causing too much stress to our body cells. Without a doubt, we can see the mutated cancerous cells under a microscope. In spite of this, up until today, there isn’t a method to detect the level of stress to our body cells, and least to say, a way to measure the level of stress these mutated cells are suffering. We can safely accept this assumption. When one’s body cell is under tremendous stress, it loses its ability to control itself, and subsequently it mutates and turns into cancerous cells. Killing the mutated cancerous cells by radiotherapy and chemotherapy are two absolutely wrong treatment approaches. The obvious and wiser method is to remove the root cause of the stress acting upon the body cells. However, today’s doctors do not know how to do precisely that.   

Therefore, there is a need for us to first lay down some obvious forms of statistical approach to tell whether our body cells are under heavy stress or not. Note: The following subtitles in bold are widely known among the scientists and you might not be able understand the reason behind them. Anyway, the author made brief description of these subtitles in order to guide you to the understand this topic better.

Statistic:

Here are three plain and evidential statistics that our body cells are under heavy stress. The following symptoms can be easily diagnosed with simple medical tests but their root causes are still unknown:

1)     When our body cells mutant and becomes cancerous;

2)     When our body could not regular the level of blood sugar in our blood stream;

3)     When our kidney fails and the patient requires the help of a dialysis machine.

Hypothesis:

Here are three plausible hypotheses.

1)     Our body cells will not mutant, should the stress is removed.

2)     Our body will be able to regular its level of blood sugar, should the stress is removed.

3)     Our kidney should function once again, should the stress is removed.

The belief:

It is possible to thoroughly remove the gut flora of the above patients to its original harmless state as in a new born baby, by way of ingesting a selective group of microbes that are beneficial to our health (generically called, probiotic).

Method of measurement:

Once the gut flora has been reverted back to a harmless state, our body cells are able to function normally. As a result, for examples:

1)     A cancer patient does not exhibit any sign that its cells are mutating anymore.

2)     The blood sugar level falls back to within the normal range once again.

3)     The kidney functions and the person can urinate once again.

Disclaimer:

Probiotic is not medicine. Henceforth, it does not cure any sickness at all. Anyone who would want to try ingesting the probiotics under study must accept this single-minded purpose. That is, his sole intention is to achieve a complete reversal of his gut flora to the harmless state similar to that of a new born baby. Thereafter, he might enjoy the benefit of a state where his body cells are no longer under stress as was postulated in the assumption.

A)    A) Health food:

Health food is food considered beneficial to health in ways that go beyond a normal healthy diet required for human nutrition. Because there is no precise, authoritative definition from regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, different dietary practices can be considered healthy depending on context.

According to the FDA, "Health claims describe a relationship between a food, food component, or dietary supplement ingredient, and reducing risk of a disease or health-related condition".

In general, claims of health benefits for specific foodstuffs have not been evaluated by national regulatory agencies. Additionally, research funded by manufacturers or marketers that may form the basis of such marketing claims has been shown to result in more favorable results than independently funded research.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of foods that have been considered healthy:

·        Apple cider vinegar, a fruit vinegar considered a health food

·        Broccoli sprouts

·        Certain cereal products:

·        Eggplant, hosts of vitamin and minerals, and also contains important phytonutrients

·        Herbal extract, plants, often medicinal that are concentrated and standardized

·        Herbal teas

·        Honey, a naturally occurring whole sweetener

·        Malt, whole sprouted barley

·        Meat analogue, a dietary alternative to meat, found in some vegetarian and vegan diets

·        Molasses, black strap molasses has been sold as a health food

·        Certain oils, including olive oil and fish oil

·        Yogurt, traditional cultured milk product

 As a new addition to the above list, the probiotic under study is simply, health food.

B)    B) Caution:

The probiotic under study is a selected group of microbes, or living organisms. They can be poisoned to death should it be ingested together with garlic (high sulfur content), chili/pepper, alcohol in any form (kills all form of microbes), medicine (all medicine is poison), honey of which its high concentration of sugar kills all kinds of microbes by dehydration or industrial chemicals (nowadays, most outside food are laced with industrial chemicals). For example, a simple can of coke when taken shortly after ingesting of the microbes can kills all the microbes.

C)    C) Advice:

1)     Mix a teaspoon of the probiotic in a quarter cup of water at room temperature (preferably, mixed with a teaspoon of brown sugar). Drink it with a piece of straw. Add a little water to the cup (repeatedly, if necessary) in order to consume the remnant probiotic.

2)     If you MUST take medicine as advised by your doctor, try to take the probiotic two/three hours ahead of your medicine time.

3)     Ingest the probiotic two times a day.

a.     First intake, immediately after you wake up, preferably immediately after you have brushed your teeth.

b.     Second intake, shortly before you go to bed and assuming your last medicine intake was at least two hours ahead.

Micro-organisms (or microbes for short) play a very important role in our lives. Some microbes cause disease but the majority is completely harmless. In fact we couldn’t live without them, but they could live without us.

In fact microbes are so tiny you would find over a million in a teaspoon of soil. They make up more than 60 % of the Earth’s living matter and scientists estimate that 2-3 billion species share the planet with us.

There are six classes of micro-organisms.

1)     Bacteria are single celled microbes. They are good and bad bacteria.

2)     Viruses are the smallest of all the microbes. They are unique because they are only alive and able to multiply inside the cells of other living things. The cell they multiply in is called the host cell.

3)     Fungi are subdivided on the basis of their life cycles, the presence or structure of their fruiting body and the arrangement of and type of spores (reproductive or distributional cells) they produce.

4)     Protozoa are single celled organisms. They come in many different shapes and sizes ranging from an Amoeba which can change its shape to Paramecium with its fixed shape and complex structure. They live in a wide variety of moist habitats including fresh water, marine environments and the soil.

5)     Green algae can make their own food through a process of photosynthesis. They are at the beginning of the food chain and are known as primary producers.

6)     Archaea can be spherical, rod, spiral, lobed, rectangular or irregular in shape. Sulfolobus is an extremophile that is found in hot springs and thrives in acidic and sulfur-rich environments.

Microorganisms are crucial to nutrient recycling in ecosystems as they act as decomposers. As some microorganisms can fix nitrogen, they are a vital part of the nitrogen cycle.

E)    E) Use of microbes in food production

Soil: Microbes can make nutrients and minerals in the soil available to plants, produce hormones that spur growth, stimulate the plant immune system and trigger or dampen stress responses. In general a more diverse soil micro-biome results in fewer plant diseases and higher yield.

Fermentation: Microorganisms are used in brewingwine makingbakingpickling and other food-making processes. They are also used to control the fermentation process in the production of cultured dairy products such as yogurt and cheese. The cultures also provide flavor and aroma, and inhibit undesirable organisms.
