Apply cililabu to rice noodles

Background:

I have no faith in all packaged food, including packaged noodles. I imagine the amount of artificial chemicals added as seasonings or preservatives is too scary when I almost remind myself, “Profit-maximization means replace natural ingredients with the much cheaper artificial industrial chemicals. Melamine milk where absolutely zero value protein content milk is sold to infants who subsequently died of malnutrition is always in my mind.   

My brilliant idea: First, make my home-made sauce that contained all the good properties expected of a chili sauce: namely; an oil-based rich fragrance of stir-fried minced garlic, onion and dry prawns and a water-based that had dissolved all four common tastes namely, mild saltiness, sweetness, sourness and spicy hot from capsaicin.

My aim: Demonstrate the use of this chili sauce in making of all kinds of gravy suitable for a wide variety of home-cook food.       

Ingredients: Rice noodle, home-made XO chili sauce.

 Procedure:

Step 1: Boil the rice noodle and drain away all the water.

Step 2: Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce. Note: Rice noodles absorb lots of water.

Step 3: Add a teaspoon of the chili sauce. See XO chili sauce – New creative fusion style.

Step 4: Mix the rice noodles and the chili sauce thoroughly.

Step 5: Add some roasted peanuts. It goes down very well with rice noodles.

Finished product:

 Remarks:

1) The rice noodle is light yellow in color. It is already visually appealing. If not, you may add the thick, black soy sauce to make its color darker.

2) Absolutely safe and 100% assured there is no seasoning or preservative chemicals in my home-cook food.
